Getting Small Business Grants is not as simple as many people believe. Many business owners are put off by the lengthy application process, but even if the applicant pool is small, competition is fierce. If you find a grant that appears to be a good fit for your company, it’s important to stand out from the crowd.
The first step in setting up a business is working out what type of business you want. Next, you’ll need to make sure there’s a market for the service or product that you’re providing. Plus researching for grants for your business’ lift off.
To make all this easier, Addy & Mark has come up with plans to help you carry out the business registration process and to find THE BEST GRANT FOR YOUR TYPE OF BUSINESS!
Before scrolling through, please take a minute and check out Addy and Mark Business Registration packages. They all include full service business registration plus other tools to turn your vision into a thriving success.
There are a few things you need to do before you can apply for a grant. First, you need to have a clear idea of what your business is and what it will do. You’ll also need to have a business plan and financial projections. Finally, make sure you have all the required documentation in order.
Small Business Grants are usually time sensitive;
They come and go, so stay alert to what grant opportunities are available and when you should submit your applications before they expire. Served on a first come, first served basis, aiming to be on the front lines with firsthand information to be eligible for a grant.
With plans to take your business to the next level, capital alone is not enough to take you through daily wins. Thinking of growth involves thinking about hiring external employees to train, implementing new strategies for marketing your business, and investing in new equipment, software, and such stuff.
And that is when small business grants for growth such as NASE, can be helpful.
NASE provides a business development grant worth up to $4,000!
The NASE Grant program is open to all NASE members (and their dependents) that are currently in their membership and in good standing. If you are not currently a NASE member but would like to join in order to apply for a Grant, please click on this link and follow the instructions. All applications from non-NASE members will not be processed.
Growth Grant applicants must be a member in good standing for 3-months prior to submitting an application. Annual members may apply immediately. Monthly members may apply ninety days after joining the NASE.
To apply for a Growth Grant you must meet the criteria as outlined on NASE.org. Visit https://www.nase.org/become-a-member/grants-and-scholarships for more information.
